Punto Fijo is geographically isolated from the Venezuelan mainland and easily defensible yet still connected. It could be the greatest, most prosperous city in all of Central America if we do it.

I think the best course of action would be to capture a small Venezuelan city on the coast along with a 50 mile radius of and declare it a refugee zone and set it up like a Latin American Hong Kong. It’s success will show Venezuela’s failure.
