My favorite African story actually happened after I left the country. An American executive took a job over there, and on his very first day, the newspaper headlines read:

“Three Headless Bodies Found”.
The next day: “Three Heads Found”.
The third day: “Heads Don’t Match Bodies”.

I read this article years ago, and this excerpt has stuck with me ever since.
