Vegetarianism and veganism is a form of insanity. If the concept had been adopted by early humanoids, the species would have gone extinct. Human physiology is designed to eat multiple sources of protein especially animal products. Bizarre, lunatic vegans oppose the consumption of animals and the use of animal products. They should not only be ignored but when identified ruthlessly purged from any position of importance.
I don’t think this woman is going to rise to a position of importance. She can’t even work as a Starbucks barista (the usual profession of gender studies majors) if she’s that freaked out about handling dairy products.
