The Second Amendment guarantees American citizens the right to bear arms, but both federal and state governments determine how citizens may legally exercise that right. And while both federal and state gun control laws regularly change, laws at the state level change more frequently and often without the media coverage that surrounds changes at the federal level.

And as Red Flag Laws are front and center, we should address that these are feel-good laws that the government is trying to put in place so they can tell the people "we are taking action." In reality, they are bypassing due process and your 5th Amendment rights.

ALL gun laws are unConstitutional. The absolute wording of the Second Amendment allows for no laws other than laws requiring citizens to keep guns in their home as in at least one town in Georgia, Kennesaw, I think.
