Because Democrats refused to recognize Trump as POTUS, I refuse to recognize the Hamas Caucus as proper members of Congress, and thus am lol’ing hard about Israel banning them.

But.

This lack of respect for our institutions by our fellow Americans is a sign of massive decay.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s HILARIOUS that the Hamas Caucus is being kept out of Israel as a national security threat.

They are members of Congress. If we are being serious for a moment, we should ask how today’s decision squares with American sovereignty.
