Oh no, I don't agree. I like it better than the evening dress. So you see people of different taste. I love bold colors especially when they are displayed as a painting. Her dress looks like a modern art class. Its simple but elegant.

Beautiful dress, but I don’t understand why Melania always wears her dress length below the knees. To me that looks so matronly.

I love Melania, but I do not like that dress at all. It makes her look fat.

I think it might be her choice of designers as to the lengths. Her high heels and shorter dresses wouldn't give the line of the dresses the regal look. She looks impressive, beautiful and regally dignified. I would bet designers are thrilled she's wearing a mid-length to show off their work.

Its the design that bothers me. The bottom is BEAUTIFUL! It moves and the hem line reminds me of shells. Unfortunately the V Neck line messes with the flowing bottom. The top and bottom are fighting each other. I would have had a short scalloped sleeve because it looks like she had the hem line changed. The original dress picture looks like a straight line bottom.

Could you imagine the exploding heads if she showed off her legs. OMG! With her long legs ..... The designers (and her mother) are doing the correct thing by giving her some skirt length. She’s dressing as a LADY! I particularly like when the fabric is lighter weight and the full skirts flow. Only a long legged woman can get by with that look and remain a lady.

Was just watching her with the yellow dress as she was greeted getting off the plane. The wind was whipping the skirt 6-10 inches up in the air in the back. She didn’t have to worry with it. Nothing was gonna show.

While building the Washington Monument we ran out of money. Left out the 30 columns and Washington statue...but it has three different types of stone which actually makes the obelisks not a true obelisks.
