I suppose you don't believe there was a decision to apply laws to these tech companies as platforms rather than publishers. A decision that allowed these punks to have the pretense of neutrality (and we know now they aren't).

Trump could close all executive branch FB and Twitter pages. Delegitimize them. NO DOD, DOJ, FBI, USDA, CIA, DOE, USFS, NASA, etc.

It does own the exemption from civil liability for content. “I’m just a neutral platform. I didn’t tell him to dox and slander you so you can’t sue me” doesn’t work if you’re a publisher and not a platform.
