I thought of that, but then I wondered why you’d be leaving slow cooker food sit in a slow cooker at room temp? You’d be much better off letting it slow cook.

Now if the slow cooker refrigerated your food until you turned it on remotely, I think that would be more practical.

Yes. Dangerous with pork or poultry especially.

Even beef. (raw of course, on all of that)
