Doesn't the U.S. Attorney's office in Jersey do background checks? And what happens if someone is MURDERED because she outed confidential informants? 1) Background checks only find something if you have been caught previously. (Fans of red flag gun laws take note).
If you are falling behind in your Affirmative Action hiring quotas because none of those candidates are passing the background check, I suspect the standards get relaxed quite a bit.
