Your nose also looks different if some jacked convict punches you in the face.
If the pics I saw are actually supposed to be Epstein, I have to agree that it does NOT look like him. The nose is a completely different shape (not swollen because it’s been hit, just more of a hook nose than straight) and the ears are clearly not the same.
Also if someone drives the bone up into your brain so I guess it's a matter of how many different ways your nose can be a bit deformed by the time you hit the slab.
