It doesn’t seem constitutional. This is wrapped in politics and crosses theological boundaries.
They have made this their religion and are imposing it on everyone.
Government schooling has never been neutral. It is impossible to have a religiously, culturally, or politically neutral education. Such a state of philosophic neutrality is impossible in the mind of any sentient human.
For this reason government school is ( and always has been) a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination.
