I can’t believe there is a labor union for judges - much less, specific areas of the law.
How can they possibly claim “fairness and impartiality” when they’re basically colluding with each other?
it’s because these are article I administrative judges, not article III judges with life tenure. article III judges have a lobbying group but not a union b/c with life tenure you don’t need one.
