About the 4th time the Jehova’s Witnesses from the local Kingdom Hall knocked on my door I answered the door nude. They declined my offer of coffee and haven’t been back since.

My brother and I shared an apartment in 1973 while we were both in college. The Jehovah’s Witnesses used to come around early Saturday mornings (not the best time, for obvious reasons), until my brother did what you did. It worked; they never returned.
