After reading that I think serial brain is reaching and has a slight clue but it’s not earth grounded.

Thought I had seen the story here in the past, good dig on that TEXOKIE. The video’s at the link breathe new life into the story and we can hear the details from McKibbens himself. It’s (almost) funny how the same bad actor’s keep showing up in these criminal activities.
