I don’t think the nose profiles match either, TMom. But, I have no idea of the effect that hanging has on facial features, and wonder if the shape of the nose, ears, etc. could be changed by the fluids in the tissues.
I wonder if we will ever know the truth.

It looked to me like his hands were cuffed together with a zip tie across the front of the body. I thought I could see a little bit of the zip tie. The medics were still bagging him so they weren’t sure whether he was alive or dead at that point. I assumed it must be standard procedure to keep a prisoner patient cuffed lest he feign unconsciousness and then grab an attendant by the throat.
