I agree with him. When it’s 115 degrees in Arizona, walking a postal route is different from walking one in Portland.

One size doesn’t fit all.

But getting in and out of an air conditioned vehicle can be very bad on a body. It would make more sense for them to get an early start and finish up earlier.

Nothing has changed in Arizona, summers are HOT.

In Arizona, at least you don't have to decontaminate your shoes at the end of your rounds each day.
