er, not at all like that.
I know it’s a thrill to have the power and to ‘give it a goose” now and then, but let’s face it, there’s not many places one can let it out or drive it anywhere near its true capabilities unless one has acces to and wnats to use a private track...using it on public streets is not only illegal but can also pose a danger to others if one decides to ‘thrill” oneself with it....in my youth I had a Firebird that i built to 540 ponies...did many stupid things with it that i wouldn’t even consider doing today...if I had a car with 760 or so ponies today, it would indeed be akin to having a motorboat on a dry lake...it would feel like a sin to just do ‘pedestrian” cruising and I’m no longer foolish enough to make use of such on public surfaces...no longer get a thrill burning up a few bucks of rubber to demonstrate how big and bad I am.
