Obviously the cop was feeling quite threatened by this charging dog coming right at him.

Feelings don’t matter only the actual threat level matters. People are charged by barking dogs all the time. All this oanty wetting dumbass had to do was stop and see how close thw dog approached, and then taken it from there. He could have shot the dog from 6 inches if it came to it. This js negligent homicide at the least.

The dog doesn’t know what a gun is and won’t avoid it. With a two handed hold you can block and fire. Point blank and pointing downward.
