I would find out what the county ordinance is re: how far apart must one billboard be from the next one.
Then, my group would put up a billboard as close as allowed to the abortionist’s billboard. It would read:
THE NEXT BILLBOARD YOU SEE IS FOR MURDERING CHILDREN

after the one that says "ABORTION IS FREEDOM".
It would say "...TO MURDER A CHILD"
