I'm more than aware of BMR. Anyone that promotes CICO has the least knowledge of metabolism.

Please, explain to me the Cyseine and Cysteamiine cycle? Explain why it is important? Explain conjugated bile salts and the relationship to lipoprotein lipase? Explain the different hepatic PANKs and the relationship to PPARs? What do all of these have to do with metabolic dysfunction? How does diet effect them? Finally, all of these will effect BMR, lipoprotein lipase and dysfunction in fat and skeletal muscle.

You can try Dr. Google if you like. You still won't have a clue.

You are regurgitating things you don't understand.

all of the things you point to are merely methods and variables that have to do with increasing calories out. Increased metabolism increases calories out. That’s why focusing solely on calories in is a fools game.
