Thanks for posting the sentencing information on the NXIVM cult.

Those look like some reasonable estimates of what the people involved will get and it's more than a slap on the hand, if it goes as he's predicted, which is great.

The only disappointment is that no one outside of this original group has been charged so far. I wonder if part of the delay is that one or more of them are cooperating.

In the Popadopolous and Flynn cases all the cooperation came after the guilty pleas, and was used to push down the sentence. (It didn't really work for any of them. Mueller was mad that G-Pop didn't have any goodies for him, so make him go to jail for a ridiculous "crime". Flynn apparently did a lot of talking, but when it came time to testify in court against his former partners he balked, so likely all the good will has evaporated and the Mueller gang will try to get the book thrown at him.

Anyway, if anyone was going to cough up details of other individuals who were involved in the cult but haven't been indicted, now would be the time that would happen. Before sentencing. So the long delay to sentencing is a hopeful sign.
