What is significant, is that Q+ chose to tweet that. I suppose that Q found it in his internet meanderings and took it to The Donald and said something like, "Excuse me, sir. Can you tweet this out?".
And Q+ happily complied, then went about his business.
Anyway, that's how I see the whole Q/Q+ thing working, visa vis Tweetering.
