Not sure why you are hung up on this. True, the picture may be photo-shopped but it does represent a true depiction of what Senator Byrd once was as a member of the KKK.
It's also a very powerful reminder of what many democrats once was and NOT the squeaky-clean image the enemedia portrays them. Not sure why you have such a problem with that.
