The point of the APP is to report suspicious activity that can be used by LOCAL / STATE / FEDERAL agencies intel fusion centers. If you think the application is used so the Goverment knows what websites you frequent and that bothers you more than the possibility that someone sending a photo of a suspicious person or vehicle may just prevent a terrorist attack then don’t use the APP.
