Hey Lope. I kinda think you called it. I think those STRINGER posts may have been an indication of perhaps the passing of the documentation from Barr to Nunez just like several people, Trump included said was going to happen.
The [24 hour]/See something, say something thing was perhaps Q indicating for us to keep our eyes peeled for any derp activity intended to delay or mitigate this and not that he was 'predicting' an event, per se.
As simple as that. Also, the passing of documentation to Nunes in no way is to guarantee that that information is immediately publicly release.
It would appear, if the above is true, that the documentation transfer to Nunes went off without a hitch.
And that's my take and I'm sticking to it.
