I think 3 ounces is the biggest launcher you can have in you carry on.
I hope it’s a souvenir that some GI thought would be cool to bring home.
All my parents ever brought back to me from a flight were those cheap plastic pilot’s wings and small bags of macadamia nuts. Some kid is going to be disappointed that the TSA confiscated his gift.
