OK, can somebody tell me in laymen’s terms what I need to eat to be healthy and live a long life?

South Beach diet or any seafood based keto diet. Bacon and eggs are fine too. Since we don’t burn energy all day like our ancestors we don’t need too many carbs. Sugars are in everything too - try to minimize - as these make you hungry but there’s a big benefit from honey. Just a dollop or two daily in your coffee or tea should minimize colds, flus and sinus infections.

Also since they genetically modify the plants and animals with steroids, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides etc. it is best to get most of your protein from seafood. Sure the ocean is polluted too, but at least it is highly diluted polluted.

And avoid prescriptions like the plague. Lisenpril is the most commonly prescribed med for high blood pressure - it is made or synthesized from the venom of a pit viper so who are the ‘snake oil’ salesman now?!?! Statins are linked to alzheimers. Anything with a long list of side effects should definitely be avoided.
