I have a happy, healthy, youthful body. I do everything article suggests and have for 20+ years, also go to the gym 5x week. I’m 83, stronger than I’ve ever been. Shapely with excellent posture. Everything works, nothing hurts.

My very smart physician actually prescribes nutritional supplements for me. Eight per day. They are deductible, which is good because they are rather expensive. Most MDs are wedded to pharmaceutical companies, who finance medical schools.

Saw my doc last month and he said, “You’re very strong. You’ll live to be 100.”

So climb on the bandwagon, my fellow Freepers. You can do it too.

I will add St. John’s Wort to all that’s been “prescribed” so far. Keeping a positive attitude is also important to feeling youthful. I’ve been taking it for years. You don’t “notice” that it’s working at all, but when you go off it for awhile, little things begin to stress you out and you think: “Ohhhh so that’s what it does!”

I know many doubt the “herbals” ... But this one’s for real.

........
How do you get insurance to pay for supplements. Can you mention the supplements you do take?

You’ll live to be 100.

If you can afford it. These days medical technology has a remarkable ability to keep many of us alive up until the moment our money runs out.

I don’t know how long I’ll live, but the point is to make sure that the last ten years of your life, however long it may be, don’t suck.
