I was checking out the vitamins at the grocery store - they had either zero or 2% RDA of potassium. Not sure why.

In the US, you can’t get more than 99 mg in a pill form. I think it’s stupid, but doctors were afraid people would be passing out from too much potassium at once time in an instant with more potency in one serving. Potassium gluconate doesn’t sit as well with us than other potassium pill forms.

Coconut water (but has a high natural sugar amount) and veggie juices like Suja cold pressed Über Greens (low carb) are examples of higher potassium ratios for the calories.
