Hopkins is,in fact,one of the world’s finest hospitals.But even if it is in Cummings’ district he doesn’t get any credit for it. Hopkins was world famous when Cummings was stealing cigarettes from Woolworth’s when he he was a kid.
The hospital was formed in 1889 ... long before the area around it became a criminal hellhole.
