That's why liberals hate the few states that have "Stand Your Ground" laws.
In most states, if you shoot an intruder, you better damn be sure they are in your house, and that they attacked you with deadly force and your life was in danger, and that that the all of the above is backed up by some evidence.
Otherwise, it will be you in prison, for a long time.
