The house didn’t have any toilets (they never showed them), and I don’t recall ever seeing the inside of Alices’ room.
When Carol had to go out of town in one episode, Alice did trip and sprained her ankle while vacuuming.
Ergo, Alice was laid up in her room, where she was constantly bombarded by either Mike or one of the kids asking for help.
Her room was located off the kitchen and laundry room.
I loved this series and will certainly enjoy watching this reunion in September.
