I don't think it has, really. But I've always wondered what form DECLAS would take. Will somebody stand up on tv and read a bunch of stuff off? Probly not. Release on government websites? Maybe. Talk to reporters who then write about it? Maybe?

If the latter, how do we know some of these stories coming out weren't 'released' to the press under Trump's authorized DECLAS already?
