You know it really bothers me when one of these liberals think they can tell me how to think.
My experience has really started in college. As an incoming freshmen, I was assigned this white liberal student assistant to help me get settled into school. I was discussing with him my intentions to have 2 majors, political science and business administration. He seemed surprised that I would be undertaking such an endeavor. One of my first objectives was getting all my necessary textbooks so I could get a good look at them before classes started. He looked a little surprised at me, and said, “You read-em books?” This kind of startled me and I said “Yes, I read books,” I was quite annoyed. I’ll never forget that.
