Big personal slide here. Big favor to ask. I have a teenager trying to dig out information on how congress critters and the POTUS view Robocalls. If anyone has any information or links that would help it would be much appreciated! Just PM them to me so we don’t slide the thread. I’ve had her change search engines and still not much. She has to include sources in a paper she is writing and is still learning the art of research. I know there has to be some information somewhere on their views on this. Well, maybe not POTUS but at least someone in the bureaucracy. Maybe one of you has a file on the issue somewhere?
House passed their version a couple days ago.
senate passed a version early in the year. she might get some clues by reading the senate info. Note the tabs of different info.
Look at co-sponsors. Then select individual senators. Most have a link to their web site.
You can probably get specific info about what they think about “Robo-Calls”.
