I like to think of the derp state as sorta like the Borg. A collective all working together toward the same goal. A many headed hydra, if you will.

I think there may be a 'panel' at the very tippy top that ultimately controls all 'offshoots' of the international organization.

Each country being like a franchise. Like a taco bell that has an 'owner' but takes direction from corporate and must stay on mission and within certain lines.

So who runs the tools? The controlled institutions in America? Certainly not the Comey's, Mueller s, Brennans, Holders, or Lynches.

They are in place to do a thing. Hillary/Obama would be the top of our official franchise, cause they have the legal powers and control the institutions.
