Evidently you're referring to Epstein's "Zorro Ranch" re the elevation question...
Haven't yet learned to place much confidence in GEPro for "fine" elevation measurements...
Do you use KML files? (My GEPro "KML catalog" is huge...)
Too bad I haven't figured out how to share KML files via FR. I have a "Zorro Ranch" KML folder that includes"eyeball-drawn" polygons for the max visible extent of the spoil dirt spread around that "Garden", plus a "volume extent" polygon denoting the "repose-limited" spoil pile actually supporting the "garden". (Of course, GEPro's "Get Info" supplies the area of those polygons...)
For elevation, I actually used a full-res version of the oblique view photo -- and did a "perspective-corrected eyeball comparison" between the height of the spoil beneath the "garden" -- and the 2-storey building in the compound. That gave me a "SWAG" thickness of the spoil pile of ~5 - 10 yards (since I was estimating the fill volume in cubic yards).
