Remember the old days when the restaurant was THE business and people had to wait for the orders to clear the kitchen?
So now a driver gets to walk in and expect the order to be ready ahead of all the dine-in customers who have been waiting?
What is it about a driver who thinks that the world of commerce must conform to HIS timetable?

As a retail employee I can testify that many customers have no patience. Unless they get immediate service they start demanding another associate be summoned to help them.
No kidding.
