I can sometimes blink and read the wheel patters of cars going 60 MPH. Likewise, I can easily see the blinking of car tail lights - annoying as hell. Obviously I don’t tell my eye doctor, as I prefer to keep my driver’s license.
I haven’t been around residential LEDs enough to notice anything, yet.

I still prefer incandescent...
I approach it from a 22nd century perspective. That is, the idea of getting the miniscule amount of light vs heat from 100 watts from one of those old 20th century incandescent electricity hogs is beyond my comprehension. Now that we have LED’s that produce the low kelvin, I see incandescent as I see a model T: Expensive, inefficient, and extremely unreliable. With the exception of my lava-lamp bulbs, I’ve thrown out all incandescent (and the little florescents). They are ridiculously expensive to operate.
