RE replacing 20-ish year old people pressured to have fewer children: The Deep State has a problem - they don't have a US military. Barry Sotero did what he could to gut funding, demoralize and demote the military as much as possible but the Deep State didn't have a military to counter what was left of ours.
SO the plan is to get your kids out of the way because they would be loyal to the US and import thugs and illegals from other nations who had no such loyalty. In fact - illegals want Dems to maintain power to keep the perks (housing, food stamps, medical etc.) flowing. And Hillary et. al. make use of MS13 (their own stash of hit men).

ISIS and MS13 are thug armies retained by the Deep State. According to Kevin Shipp, the CIA and Deep State have better troops and hardware (their own ships and planes) for more advanced needs, but for now MS13 and ISIS an foreigners are being ushed into countries all over the world to counter national military resources.
As Q has proven - the Cabal/New World Order is populated with filthy "elites" who are stupid. I believe "these people" paid historians and strategists to identify prior failures at world dominion. Take Rome, Hitler, Napoleon. From the most basic level their plans for empire were defeated by a) over reach - the ruling class too far out numbered by slaves/peasants b) disloyalty/betrayal and c) opposition (military or militia) resistance.
The New World Order is based around 13 filthy "elite" bloodlines and their Satanist servants. They want their needs met by powerless slaves. To take over the world as it is today - there are more of us "slaves" than they need (e.g., too many "useless eaters" ) or can control (e.g., too many people with "wrong thoughts" or "haters") and our armed forces are a threat to them. So they must reduce populations to manageable size, select for loyalty, and counter/dissolve official militaries to avoid the fate of failed efforts at empire. Like a factory that places an add for steel workers doesn't hire everyone who applies who is qualified - they only hire the targeted number for which they have work and whom they believe would make "good workers." (e.g., good attitude, healthy, loyal to company), the New World Order has plans for it's slave class.
I and others stumbled across a US government contractor site about 8 years ago that, curiously, had population estimates broken down by nation reflecting approx. an 85 percent reduction in population world wide (but % varied by nation). We thought it was a mistake, of course, or a hoax. But if it were either, it was extensive and detailed - multiple levels parsing data by different criteria. I recall the number projections reflecting a massive drop (approx 80 - 90%) in population were dated for 2025. At the time there was nervous joking about catastrophic disasters (asteroid, nuclear war). As chatter increased, that website and all info on it was scrubbed. To this day hard to be sure what we were looking at.
But along comes Q and the 13 bloodlines of the Illuminati. Content I rolled my eyes at in the past, like Agenda 21, fits into an image of pooling (fewer) citizens in high density cities. AI, surveillance technology sold to Amazon.com members which monitor conversations, home "security", purchasing etc. along with the countless ways our technology collects information, added to self driving cars and other "intelligent" robot technology seems to fit that picture. Ever wonder why psychologists are spending so much time on technology that reveals what people are thinking about or if they are lying?
But who would control them? How would the filthy "elites" obtain services they know and love? Well, they'd hire people right? But they'd be hiring on a world wide scale. How to get resumes on everyone as to their interests, loyalties etc. so a pool of slaves with the right skills could be obtained? How about if the public all filled out every detail of their lives, complete with selfies, political views, job resumes, reading habits, visitors and family associations, affiliations with professional/religious/political organizations. voting habits, health records etc. themselves and then have Google, Facebook, Instagram, email, text messages etc. pooled. You'd have a database like the one described by DARPA (which became Facebook) which Maxine Waters was heard to describe thusly , "Obama is building a database like the world has never seen."
Actually that database was under development long before Obama. But never mind.
China has implemented technology that assigns a "social score" to citizens whether they like it or not. What you say online, who you associate with - these increase or decrease your social score. Your score impacts whether you can travel by aircraft or make purchases etc....for now. People sitting next to you on a train can read your score and if too low, will move away from you in the train in order to protect their scores. This is preparation for separating the herd into useless eaters versus obedient slaves. A whistleblower for Google recently came forward and, according to her, that same "social credit score software" is already live in the US, we just don't know about it yet.
The short answer - they plan to take over the world, enslave us, and they don't plan to fail like previous attempts have failed. It's why Barry Sotero spoke of "ruling" and stood among Greek columns like Caesar as a candidate - he got a little ahead of himself and the New World Order's Plan.
Personally, I believe this is part of the One World dominion spoken of in the bible.
