Re the Fritz Springmeier stuff —it’s likely been around for for a while, not just discovered by some yahoo. China Lake may be an end of career move, for many reasons. Perhaps more digging is needed.
Not sure why you brought up base in Hawthorne; we’ve got a Naval base here in central PA; I know people that work there and they are not out of the ordinary.

I am going to ask Quix about the Paperclip link. He has forgotten more about MK-Ultra than most people know. To be correct I researched Operation Paperclip in the 80’s MKU was only low volume whispers then and not in the public domain.
