Thru the years...orphanages & homes in Illinois, supposedly "safe havens" for kids, regularly had reports of child abuse.
I'm guessing it is prevalent in these environments around the world.

This is what scares me about PA telling parents who do not pay for their child’s school lunches will be removed from the home.

Yes that is what I’ve seen and I’ll never forget Schumer during a hearing about these homes and how he laughed and belittled anyone who brought evidence. It’s personal for me, my niece was at Mooseheart and yea, too much to put up on an open forum.
Was just curious if tang had come across something more that I may have overlooked.
