ADORABLE: A zoo in Austria introduced a baby female elephant Thursday. She was born five days ago and weighed about 198 pounds at birth.
She doesn’t have a name yet, but the public can vote on what it should be.
Watch as she stumbles after her mom in the zoo’s enclosure.

Fun Fact:
Elephant and Giraffe mothers are known for protecting and nurturing their offspring. Several other mammals are not.
Panda Bears, Tigers, Wolves, Rodents and even the ‘kindly’ Dolphin will frequently decide to kill, if not devour their young.

Lovely little creature. My heart breaks about elephants being endangered animals. Who wants to live in a world without elephants? Not me.

The elephant was assigned the female gender at birth, but we will have to wait 18 years to find out theys real gender, at which time gender reassignment surgery will start, if needed.
They doesn’t have a name yet, but the public can vote on what it should be.
