But will the parents wake up? Two issues: People who don’t pay their bills and Abuse of Power. All because parents don’t take are of their own kids.

Do you live in PA??? I don't...so there is nothing I can do...

In Utah, people that cannot pay have other ways to make sure children get fed...churches, friends of the parents, charity's, maybe PA should look at those options...
