This Twitter thread explains that the "22" are special Tarot cards, numbered 0 to 21, and that "1" is "The Magician". Then it's weird that Trump brings up "19 of 22" in his tweet about MS-13. "19", in Tarot, is "The Sun", which trumps all cards.
The card symbolism continues through the thread. Also interesting is that during today's Trump video from the White House, somehow this sun image comes up, replicating the sun dial from Epstein Island.

Maybe the sun image behind POTUS in that photo is the flag from Epstein Island... I noticed the US flag was flying on that dank island and thought it odd. The sun fabric looks like a flag to me.
