I can’t believe we’re discussing this, but OK, you’re grammatically correct. However, the King James Version says “he”. Shall we move on to something else, please?
Better check your KJV again. It says “he...let him cast”. “He” is the subject. “Him” is the object of “let”. No translation says “let he”. That’s grammatically impossible — meaningless.
