well just my personal opinion but i hate to see our tax money wasted (my word) on cases like this... if the young man was 18 and in such a place where people go to meet new people,
it is a total waste of our tax money to drag this into court
in my opinion.
we are not talking about a 9 year old kid
in a school yard! those cases have to be prosecuted for sure
Yep......teenagers today are very much sexually aware....and most have no reservations about experimenting with all levels of encounters.
