Great choices. I had never heard “The Viper” or “The Cramp” before. “Hooty Sapperticker” was actually a hit in Southern California—but probably nowhere else.

“The Cramp” was a comedy turn by Jim Dale, who was featured in “Carry On” films at that time - in addition to his illustrious career on stage and screen was briefly a UK teen idol in the late 50s under the aegis of George Martin. Co-writer of “Georgy Girl” with Dusty’s brother, Harry Potter narrator, there’s seemingly nothing he couldn’t do
