I think there is some island in some NY bay, and the nearest town to that is LYME.

And on that island —it’s about 300 meters offshore— they used to do all manner of bio warfare stuff.

I read about it a long time ago, though.

Not sure of NY BUT there is a Lyme, Old Lyme & E. Lyme in New London County Connecticut
