Granted. I’ll buy that for the ‘built up’ point on the island where the main house appears to be.
Why is the rest of the island desolate?
There don’t appear to be any sort of catchment or drainage systems there to save water.
Supposedly 75 acres or so for this island. And it looks like a DMZ for the most part.
Thanks. Guy prefers grass to heavy vegetation. That stuff gets to where you can’t walk through it. It surrounds my friends’ house, and renders the land useless. They don’t care as they have a path to the beach and a long driveway. But they have to constantly trim the bushes back or the path and driveway will disappear in a month.
I always look for and assume mundane explanations first, but that’s just me.
